A really awesome thing just happened! Our friends Leah and got married.

I have to thank my amazing husband Peter that pretty much shot this whole wedding all on his own. I fell into the category of "bridesmaid" rather than "photographer" at this event (though I still couldn't help picking up the camera a few times).

Anyway, The wedding was a blast. The day was perfect. I got to wear converse all day. We couldn't be happier that Justin and Leah get to share in the amazing gift of marriage.

A couple weeks ago we had the pleasure of hanging out with Tim, Casie, and their daughter Harper. These three wonderful humans will soon be joined by a fourth who is sure to be just as awesome as they are. It was pleasure getting to know this family. The whole shoot was a sincerely joyful experience. Thanks Tim and Casie - we can't wait to photograph the four of you.

We love to break out of the crazy wedding world and photograph families and other awesome people. If hanging out with Peter and I, adventuring in the wild, and getting some killer photos is your idea of a good time, you should say hi.

Bert and Sherry - engagement photos - Ventura, CA

Bert and Sherry are seriously rad. We had such a good time taking their photos that we had to go out for dinner together afterward. Peter and I both went to middle school/high school with Sherry and couldn't be happier she found someone like Bert to spend her life with. Congratulations you two! Can't wait for the wedding.
