Leo and Kat: Portraits, Airbnb Airstream, Malibu, California

Leo and Kat have to be some of our favorite people of all time. They're also wicked photographers (see here). They've been such amazingly supportive and fun friends to have in our lives. When they asked if we could take some photos of them, we didn't hesitate for a moment. The four of us stayed at an airstream in Malibu on the top of the Santa Monica Mountains. It was a magical night filled with lots of laughs and good memories.

Oh, and thanks Leo for grabbin' a shot of us with our trusty steed, the Toyota Chinook.

aaaaand one more of the Chinook for good measure.

Brooke Borough: Portraits, headshots, Kappen Photography, Ventura, California

Brooke Borough popped into our lives in Las Vegas one day at a photographer conference. She wasn't a Borough yet and we weren't aware then how she would become part of our lives.  Since then, we've had the pleasure of discovering what a talented, rich, bubbly soul she is and can now call her and her husband Zack some very great friends.  We were kinda like kids on a playground taking her portraits. She isn't used to be on the other side of the camera but she did great. Check out her work: projectpoiema.com

Six UCLA Grads-to-be - Senior Portraits, Los Angeles, CA

When six awesome roommates asked us to do their senior portraits...we said yes. Cool story huh? All of these girls are super rad and have been close friends all through their college experience. Having both graduated from UCLA, it was a blast for Emily and I to be back on campus without the stress of finals and finishing the daily sudoku. Here are a few of our favorite images from the day. Congratulations ladies!

When four roommates all become brides: bridemates - Thousand Oaks, CA, Bridal Portraits

So here's a once in a lifetime experience: we got to photograph not 1, not 6...but 4 brides! The story goes like this: all of them were roommates until each of them was wedded off to the man of their dreams. This only took about 6 months actually. Thankfully for us, they decided to don their gowns one more time to celebrate their friendship/matrimonies. So. Rad.
